Process:
I painted this one after I painted my very first giraffe which I still have in my personal collection. It was important to me to stick to my usual color scheme, as I wanted to show a strong connection with my first giraffe, “Uma” who I consider as the “mother” to every giraffe piece in my painted tower.

It was important to me to give him a “baby face” - it was a way to symbolize me continuing on and starting a “new generation” of giraffes.

It was with this piece I showed myself I could create another giraffe.
